Overview
This project began with the owner, Yasmin, seeking to realize her vision for Estetico: a space that would be perfectly balanced—luxurious and comforting, yet clinically professional. The goal was to ensure clients felt fabulous from the moment they walked in, but Yasmin found the practical decisions around layout, lighting, and textiles daunting. The partnership focused on providing clear direction, translating her sophisticated vision into a cohesive, achievable design concept tailored specifically to the unique requirements of a medi-clinic environment.
The support spanned from strategic layout optimization for three clinic rooms and client areas to meticulous sourcing of all colour, furniture, and fittings. Beyond consultation, the role involved hands-on assistance with styling and dressing, including the introduction of a signature clinic fragrance to enhance the client experience. The successful result was a clinic that opened on time and true to vision, receiving immediate and delightful client feedback that the environment perfectly complemented the premium care delivered.

Estetico Medi-Clinic: A Vision of Luxury and Care
When Yasmin set out to create her new Medi-Clinic, Estetico, she had a powerful vision: a space that was simultaneously luxurious, comforting, and clinical. Her goal was to give every client a complete, fabulous experience from the moment they stepped inside. However, transforming this vision into reality—managing the clinic layout, lighting design, colour palette, and textiles—quickly became daunting. That’s where the partnership began.
Design and Optimization
The project started by translating Yasmin’s vision into a clear, tangible reality. We developed a detailed moodboard and design concept, carefully ensuring it worked specifically within the crucial functional and aesthetic requirements of a medi-clinic environment. Strategically, we created layout suggestions to optimize the space for three distinct clinic rooms, a client restroom, and a welcoming waiting area, maximizing efficiency without sacrificing comfort.
My role was to be the guiding hand in execution. I provided detailed colour, furniture, fittings, and lighting inspiration, complete with a sourcing list, and joined shopping trips to ensure every selection aligned with the luxurious brief.
Styling and Successful Opening
The final touches focused on immersion and experience. I provided dressing and styling assistance, including the crucial selection of a signature clinic fragrance designed to evoke a sense of luxurious calm as soon as clients stepped in. I even assisted Yasmin with painting to ensure every detail was perfect.
The result was outstanding: The salon opened on time, exactly on vision, and was an immediate success. Estetico has since received delightful feedback from clients who consistently comment on how the environment enhances their overall experience, exceeding the original brief by perfectly balancing professionalism with comfort.
